  • Yes! We deliver nationwide with NOTEL’s being built offsite at the Makespace build sites in Auckland & Christchurch.

  • Each specific location will undergo a site feasibility study check to establish zoning rules & whether or not they require resource consent and/or building consent. The 24sqm NOTEL Room is moveable & can be fully off grid which can mean consent is not required for a lot of locations.

    Along with the off-grid design, NOTEL has a design specifically for those who would like to connect their NOTEL Room/Suites to existing mains which will require to get consent.
