NOTEL brings together three founders with complementary experience across hospitality, branding, product development and modular construction. Together, Dominic Bowden, Andrew Glenn and Isaac Lindesay combine a shared appreciation for thoughtful design with the expertise to bring NOTEL to life.
DOMINIC BOWDEN
Founder
Dominic is the founder of NOTEL and co-founder of Watershed, New Zealand’s first floating sauna. His passion for wellness, nature and creating experiences that help people disconnect to reconnect has been central to both businesses. With 20 years of media experience across the USA, Australia and New Zealand, Dominic brings expertise in storytelling, sales, PR, partnerships and community building, along with an international network across media, tourism and hospitality. At NOTEL, he brings that experience to building relationships, telling the brand story and taking the concept to market in New Zealand and internationally.
ANDREW GLENN
Brand
Andrew has built and shaped brands across hospitality, fashion and luxury, with experience spanning Hong Kong, New York, London and Los Angeles. His career includes senior communications and marketing roles with Louis Vuitton and Topshop. More recently, Andrew has brought his brand expertise into entrepreneurship and hospitality, including The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island. At Watershed, Queenstown’s floating sauna, he was Project Director for the brand’s launch and continues to contribute at director level across operations, marketing and expansion. At NOTEL, he brings together brand strategy, commercial thinking and hospitality experience to shape the proposition and bring the business to market.
ISAAC LINDESAY
Construction
Isaac is the Founder of Makespace, a company specialising in premium, architecturally designed modular spaces delivered nationwide. With a background in product development and management, Isaac has expertise in developing innovative products, establishing distribution networks, and growing teams and production facilities across the building and construction sectors. Isaac oversees all aspects of the NOTEL build process, customer relationships, and project delivery, ensuring seamless execution from concept through to completion. His focus is combining design, efficiency, quality, and practical delivery at every stage of the journey.
